Single repair fee

If you're having issues with your AEG, our engineers can repair your appliance for a single fee of £79, plus parts and VAT*. Our engineers can also provide helpful maintenance advice and guidance for the best use of your AEG appliances.
To get the most out of your AEG products, always make sure that you use an AEG service engineer for repairs and servicing as we will only use genuine AEG parts.
*Inner London labour rate is £99 plus VAT.

We will arrange an appointment for our engineer to visit and repair your appliance within 2 working days.
All of our engineers are manufacturer-trained, experienced AEG engineers and carry parts on their van for most repairs, to ensure your AEG product is back up and running as quickly as possible.
We only ever use genuine AEG spare parts and your repair is guaranteed, giving you absolute peace of mind in the quality of your repair.

Terms and conditions

Repair fee of £79 applies to a complete repair, even if we have to make a return visit with more spare parts.
A repair fee of £99 applies in some inner london postcodes (click HERE for details).
Any spare parts that are required to fix your appliance will be charged at the normal rate advertised on the AEG website.
We will endeavour to fix your appliance within 2 working days. If our engineer thinks he may need to order parts for your repair that he does not have on his van, we may need to delay your visit so the engineer arrives with the parts he needs.
Our engineer may need to call you to triage your repair - this will be from a withheld number.
All of our charges are exclusive of VAT.
